San Martín de Los Andes > tips for enjoying the city

A few tips…

+ There’s an ATM on Villegas street, in a corner in front of the Civic Center.

+ The only bus company in charge of linking San Martín de Los Andes and Villa Pehuenia is “Campana Dos” (Expreso Los Andes company). Timetable: From San Martín 17.15 (Mondays to Saturdays) / 18.15 (Sundays). From Villa Pehuenia: 5 am (Mondays to Saturdays) / 4.30 am (Sundays). At least on March. The ticket costs $192 ars.

+ A pack of 5 jars of regional jam, ready to become a great souvenir, is cheaper in a supermarket (like Cumepen) than in the gift shops.

+ If you’re travelling with Aerolíneas Argentinas, you can make the flight check in an office of this agency, located in the crossing of Belgrano and Villegas street.

+ We saw two transfer agencies that take you to Chapelco Airport, for the time of your departure: El Refugio agency, and La Araucana. Other (and cheaper) option to get to the airport is to take the Castelli bus from the terminal.
